Do
you like wine but get a little frustrated reading about it in
terms (e.g. "lively, yet sedate") that you can't or
don't care to understand? This information is for you. If you
are a certified, bona fide wine geek, please stop reading now.

Rather than describe wines to you in elaborate, vividly poetic
prose, we have sorted our wines into simple descriptors to give
you an idea of the basic character of the wine. Hopefully, this
will make future selection easier for you. Then, as time goes
on, if you are interested in exploring some of the more subtle
characteristics of our wines, some of the other descriptors
(e.g. cherry-berry, toasty vanilla, smoky raspberry, black pepper-spice)
might start taking on more meaning. |
