The famed Bien Nacido Vineyard in Santa Barbara provides grapes for
this classically-made Pinot Noir. A distinctive ripe cherry and oak-spice
nose precedes ripe cherry and black pepper-spice flavors with a hint
of vanilla from barrel aging in French oak. Herb-roasted poultry,
grilled salmon or tuna, roast pork and game dishes are perfect matches
with this lovely wine. Award

Two of Napa Valley's prominent vineyards, Usibelli Vineyard in the
Rutherford Bench and Howell Mountain, have produced fruit for our
stately Reserve Cabernet. Aromas of ripe black cherry, cocoa and vanilla-oak
are mirrored by attractive flavors of cassis, ripe cherry, and black
pepper-spice. Supple tannins and a rich mouthfeel showcase the intensity
of this wine. Tenderloin of beef with red wine sauce or roast lamb
are perfect complements to this wine, as are full-flavored cheeses.
