Pinot Noir is becoming a very popular wine with food and rightly so.
Bing cherry and raspberry aromas with a hint of mint lead to flavors
of ripe cherries and roasted tomatoes along with a hint of oak-spice
from barrel aging in French oak. Tomato-based pastas, roast chicken,
grilled salmon or tuna and grilled or roasted meats are all friendly
dishes to this flavorful wine. Award
winner!

Our Barrel Select Merlot offers warm, round Merlot fruit, highlighted
by blueberry, mint and toasty-vanilla aromas and flavors. Barrel aging
in French oak for 13 months has contributed stylish elegance that
is quite enticing. Merlot's versatility on the table allows it to
complement peppered or herbed roasts, grilled meats, stews and tomato-based
pastas. Award winner!
