Saturday, July 8, 2000 - "Vineyard Tour"
Join Fetzer's vineyard specialist, Ken Boek, for a behind-the-scenes introduction to vineyards and grape growing. Among the topics covered will be organic farming techniques, cover crops, trellising, pruning and harvesting. Tours begin at 9:00 a.m. and end at 12:00 Noon. Fee: $15 per person.

Saturday, July 15, 2000 - Garden Workshop: "Heirloom Vegetables"
Come learn about vegetables that have survived for generations and are as varied and interesting as the people who preserved them. Fetzer Vineyards' garden and landscape director, Kate Frey, will discuss growing techniques, how to acquire heirloom seeds, and some interesting recipes to make with them. Workshop begins at 9:00 a.m. and ends at 12:00 Noon. Fee: $25 per person.

Wednesday, July 19, 2000 - Cooking Class: "Hands-on Grilling"
Fetzer Vineyards' Culinary Director and award-winning author, John Ash, will explore several key grilling techniques. Each participant will prepare a number of dishes based on flavors from around the world. Class begins at 9:00 a.m. and ends at 12:00 Noon. Fee: $80 per person.
